Once modules are live to the Spiffy audience, it's time to dive in and check out some stats!
Depending on what level of access you have to the Spiffy Dashboard, the types of reporting you have access to may vary. That being said, the Dashboard will reflect all content completed on the Spiffy app, allowing you to monitor completions and track engagement in a virtual filing cabinet ~ SPIFFY REPORTS! 🗄️
Report access depends on the level of access; if you are missing a report, you may need to upgrade in order to view it.
1) Module-specific reports
By visiting the 'Library' tab of the menu you will be shown a list of all modules that are deployed to your team. Within the 'Actions' dropdown, by selecting 'View Progress', your module-specific breakdown data includes, but is not limited to:
- Module release information (module details, start date, end date, audience, # days open)
- Module pass rate
- Companies engaging with module
- All submission/completion data (by user, type (Assigned vs Follower) and score)
- Feedback left
- Question breakdown
2) Engaged User's reports
This report lists who follow your brand and what companies they are from.
The table breaks down who follows you, their submission, completions, last submission date and company information as well.
This report can be most helpful to sales reps looking to give kudos to users in-store!
3) Overview Report
By visiting the 'Reports' tab at the bottom of the menu, you can explore all-time engagement stats on your company's Spiffy Dashboard.
You'll see a breakdown of the last 12 weeks; automatically, it will show engagement, but this can also be manipulated to show users or followers. Plus, you can view it monthly or weekly!
These can be a great tool to see if engagement has tapered off or ramped up!
4) Additional reports
Some of the above-listed reports can also be accessed in the' Reports' tab, such as the Module Report. But there are others available as well! These include:
- Company Overview
- A breakdown of companies who have engaged with your content.
- User Overview
- A breakdown of users who have engaged with your content.
- Content Requests
- Lists users who have requested more of your content in the Spiffy App.
- Feedback Report
- A list of feedback left by users on modules
If some of these reports are unavailable, you may need to upgrade to Spiffy Pro! Email info@withspiffy.com to learn more.
