What is the Marketplace and how do I get the most out of it?

We've partnered up with brands like Carmel, Pure Sunfarms, FIGR, Molson, OCSA, and more to deliver over 500 pre-made modules that are ready for your team to consume!

If you have been a part of Spiffy since the legacy days, you will remember when our content library was an external site. Our new marketplace has brought all modules from the content library right into the Admin Dashboard. You can now order vendor content from the same interface where you build custom modules or look at team reports. All vendor content from beer companies, licensed producers, and health and safety training is available to order on your dashboard marketplace.

By clicking on the global marketplace button in the menu, you can access all the pre-made material ready for your team to consume! This content is a great way to ensure your budtenders and bartenders have an unbiased opinion when discussing brands. These modules have information on beers and cannabis products sourced directly from their creator to ensure your team can access fact-checked credible information. Of course, your team members can add in their spunk during the sales process, but knowing how a brand represents can help in the sale itself.

If you are a restaurant client, we offer modules from companies like Molson Coors, Labatt, Arterra Wines, Woodhouse Brewing, WSET Wine Training, Amsterdam Brewery, and more!

If you are a cannabis client, your marketplace will possess product knowledge from Pure Sunfarms, Decibel, Rubicon, FIGR, Color Cannabis, Endgame, and more! In addition, we also offer cannabis 101 training on terpenes, THC, CBD, the entourage effect, and the list goes on… but we will stop there.

Who can access the marketplace? Technically speaking, everyone!

    1. Admins can access the marketplace to review the modules and deploy them to the team.
    2. Supervisors can access the marketplace to review the modules and deploy them to their location.
    3. Users can follow the brands they want to learn more about or have an interest in through the ‘explore’ page within the app!

How to deploy a module from the marketplace

The first step - visit the marketplace tab on the menu.

  • From there, you can sort available modules by popularity, newest added, or brand/module name.
  • While browsing, you can select the magnifying glass below the module to review the content and questions.
  • Once you have decided that you would like to deploy the module to your team, click the green plus sign next to the magnifying glass. If the plus sign is not green, this means the module is already in your library.

Select a start date and Audience to deploy the module to. Once ready select 'Launch Module'!

If you click 'Add to Library' the module will be added to your library 'In Development' so you can add a start date and audience at a later date.

At any point, if you deem a piece of vendor content to be irrelevant to your team, you can close the module by clicking the actions button. To modify an audience, please visit the vendor modules section of the Library tab and click ‘Actions>Edit Dates/Audience'.

In addition to deploying content from the marketplace, you can also encourage your team members to visit the ‘Explore’ section of the app and search for the brands they want to follow. By following a brand, your employees will receive push notifications for all new modules released by them.
