Supervisor access to the Spiffy Dashboard is granted to retail managers, franchisees and training coordinators within a company or team. Through the Spiffy Essentials Dashboard, company supervisors can:
1) Send invites to team members
2) Analyze location-specific engagement reports
As long as you've been granted Admin access, you can SIGN IN HERE using the same credentials you use to sign in on the app!
Follow the two steps listed below to get your team up and running on Spiffy Essentials today!
Step 1: Send invites to team members
There is a chance the company admin will have sent invitations on your behalf, in which case, your sole goal will be ensuring the team has accepted the invites. Any team members displayed in your 'Team Members' table have already accepted their invites and joined the team. People that are missing, will require invites to be sent.
As a best practice, prior to sending a new invitation, check out the 'Outstanding Invites' section of the Team Members table to ensure they have not already received one. If the team member is showing up in the 'Outstanding Invites' section, click the paper airplane icon to remind the team member of their invite and nudge them to accept.
If the team member is not listed in the outstanding invites section, you can send invites to them in less than a minute via text or email.
Step 2: Analyze location-specific engagement reports
Spiffy offers team member, location and module-based reporting through certain areas of the Dashboard. As a supervisor, the two reports that will enable you to monitor team engagement are listed below.
