How to Get The Most on Spiffy

So it’s your first time in the Dashboard after meeting with your Spiffy Rep. Here’s a breakdown of how to take the reins and set your page up for success, empowering you to showcase your brand in the best light:

1. Ensure your logo is the right one!

We’ve probably thrown up a logo we found on Google, but this is your page now. If you want to make it prettier, start here.

 To change your logo, first, locate it in the upper-right-hand corner. Then, click on it. A menu will appear at the bottom of the logo. Click on the picture icon in this menu to upload a new logo.

 

 

 

2. Write your Brand Description

The Brand Description is visible via the Brand Overview page on the Spiffy App to users looking to engage with your brand! Click on your logo in the upper-right-hand corner and click the speech bubble icon at the bottom of the menu.

 

3. Upload your first module.

Alright, now it’s getting real. Head to the Library tab, select ‘Create Module,’ give it a name, and you’re on your way!

Add a description and a start date, then add your content and questions. Don’t forget to set the pass score and your module is ready to launch!  Deploy it to the marketplace, and you’ve done it.

 

4. Utilize your brand referral code.

Share your code via social media and email campaigns to have users automatically follow your brand(s) on Spiffy! This powerful tool can significantly boost engagement, as followers will be notified whenever new modules are launched, all thanks to you.


5. Invite your sales team/reps.

Inviting your sales team or reps to Spiffy can greatly enhance your brand's engagement. They can utilize the reports on Spiffy to see how their stores and users are engaging. They can see the names and locations of users engaging with your brand and, in turn, engage with them in real life at their stores. This can lead to more effective sales strategies and increased brand loyalty. Even if you’re a lean team, you can still engage with users without entering their stores. The possibilities are endless!
